SMALL-BATCH PRE-ORDER NOTICE

Rise is produced in limited quantities and made to order. Each pair is crafted as part of a small production run to maintain material quality, construction standards, and attention to detail. Please allow approximately 9 weeks from the close of the pre-order window for production and delivery. You will receive updates as your order progresses. This timeline reflects our commitment to intentional production over mass manufacturing.

PRE-ORDER TERMS — REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All pre-orders for Rise are final sale. Because each pair is produced as part of a small-batch, made-to-order run, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once a pre-order has been placed. Production begins shortly after the pre-order window closes. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, please contact us upon delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and the estimated production timeline.
